Our MediScout events take place regularly in India and Sri Lanka and are a central component of our quality and support concept. They enable personal exchanges with local nursing staff and partners—right where our candidates' professional journeys begin.
Personal follow-up with our candidates
During the events, we meet nursing staff who are already in training or are currently learning German. Many of them are about to leave for Austria and use the opportunity for a final personal consultation, to ask any open questions, and to prepare specifically for the next step in their lives and careers.

At the same time, we also talk to nursing professionals who live in their home country and are interested in our program and the opportunities it offers. The events provide them with guidance, transparency, and a realistic assessment of the entire journey—from training and language acquisition to working and living in Austria.
